We do not accept COD orders or personal checks. Sales Tax CA residents are charged 8.25% sales tax on all orders. No sales tax is charged for residents of other states/regions. Shipping Policy We gladly ship anywhere in the continental United States using FedEx. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt and typical transit times are 2-7 business days depending on your geographic location. For orders being shipped to the Los Angeles area, your order may be delivered on the next business day. Wrong addresses, undeliverable, or refused shipments will be subject to a restocking fee. In the event that an item is on backorder, it will ship to you immediately upon receipt to us. Returns/Exchanges We will accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and must have the original paperwork and packaging. We will reimburse the shipping fee if an incorrect item has been sent, but all other shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Defective items will be exchanged. If a refund is desired, all fees associated with the return are applicable with the exception of the original shipping costs.
